Overexpression of SNHG3 significantly increased the proliferative ability of CRC cells. Consistently, SNHG3 downregulation inhibited CRC cell proliferation. Their results indicate that SNHG3 and c-Myc share the same miRNA-responsive element with miR-182-5p and promote CRC progression in a ceRNA manner. (33292213)
