SNHG7 directly interacted with miR-34a and exhibited a negative correlation with miR-34a. Suppression of SNHG7 induced OS cell apoptosis and arrested the cell cycle transition from the G1 to the S phase in vitro. SNHG7 further regulated OS cell migration and invasion by sponging miR-34a, which targeted and suppressed the epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) by the TGF-β/SMAD4 signaling pathway. (32874575)
